How do I find what I posted?

There should be a simple way to find the posts I've put up and the comments that follow. Unfortunately, I can't find that. is there a simple link to "my posts and their comments?" Thanks in advance!

Click on 'Profile' in the top of this page.  Then click on "Show Posts".
