Metadata I can't seem to apply

I opened the Metadata (IPTC) Template window to enter metadata which I would apply to a collection of images (every image in an open folder). Entered and applied. Done!

But when I then view the metadata for an individual image (by clicking on the "i" icon), there is information in the field "Featured Org. Name" that I don't want there.

Figuring I must have overlooked that field in the template window, I opened that window again and looked and looked and looked, but don't find an entry field by that name nor the particular metadata that appears attached to each individual image. (I expect at least one or two other fields in the individual metadata window, just below "Featured Org. Name" are likewise hiding or missing from the template: "Featured Org. Code" and "IPTC Scene.")

Where do I access the field (or the three fields) in the template? Yes, I could go image-to-image, deleting the "…Name," but that doesn't seem like the intended process.

Go to Photo Mechanic's Preferences and go to the "Accessibility" section and click "Metadata (IPTC) Template" to customize which fields appear in the Metadata Template. Check the boxes in the "visible" column for the fields that you cannot currently see on the Metadata Template.
