Star rating diaspears

Hello !

PM 4.6.4, Win.
When using PM together with Capture NX (both apps open) star rating disappears after a very short time after setting. If I close CNX everything works fine.

When using PM together with Capture NX (both apps open) star rating disappears after a very short time after setting. If I close CNX everything works fine.

We've heard of this before.  It appears that while you're browsing the same images with Capture NX that Capture NX keeps the file open for exclusive access thus preventing PM from writing to the file.  The solution is to either shutdown CNX or make it browse a different folder.

It would be great if Capture NX would stop doing this because there is nothing we can do to solve the issue on our end.

I will report this to the Nikon Support here in Germany, but I fear, they won´t be very impressed. But it´s worth a try.
