Unable to delete copyright, caption etc

Made a lot of progress today with some issues via phone support, but now unable to delete certain fields, such as Description/Caption, Copyright and Creator Photographer. When deleting in Metadata (IPTC) Info, then save, but it does not delete. I tried doing a blank Metadata (IPTC) Template to over write, but those fields will not delete.

I can create new files in macOS with all metadata stripped, but I can't seem to get PM+ to do it.

Any suggestions?

If you truly want to strip all metadata, you can use the 'Delete Metadata' option from the Tools menu. If there are specific fields you'd like to clear out, I'm not sure, but I'd be happy to take a look with you tomorrow morning.
