It would be great to be able to
1. Ingest from a folder in Navigator (right click - Ingest this folder)
2. Add folders from navigator to ingest list (folders tab in Ingest window)
this could be even done via modifier key, say normal behavior is 1., but with alt/option/shift it is 2.
