The PM Classic Plus html export template contains fields called "All Page Title" and "All Page Footer". By default, these contain "All" and "{copyright}" respectively.
Are these fields meant to be editable? I cannot do so. I am running PM Plus v 2025.6, build 8622 on a MacBoob Pro with MacOS 15.5
