upload status persistancy

Would it be possible to get the upload status persistant , sometimes i close the folder and loose the green box next to the transfered files .

Let's say you uploaded your file to an FTP server, Photoshelter, and Dropbox. What should the indicator show?

an extra icon in the green field to indicate already uploaded via the uploader , maybe different letter to show FTP , Photoshelter, Dropbox to show if uploaded to multple services .
