keyboard shortcuts for metadata presets / IPTC templates

I use Photo Mechanic daily as a professional event photographer. Custom shortcuts currently work for tags, colour labels and ratings, but not for specific metadata presets.

Please add the option to assign keyboard shortcuts directly to IPTC Stationery Pad presets / metadata templates aka Snapshots, or provide “Apply Metadata Preset X to selection” as an action that can be mapped to a shortcut. This would greatly speed up role‑based tagging keywords etc. in high‑volume workflows.

I know and use Code Replacements, that’s not what I’m asking about.

I need keyboard shortcuts to apply metadata presets (IPTC templates) to many selected photos in Contact Sheet View.

My use case (event/nightlife):

•   I select groups of images in the Contact Sheet (dancers, DJ, workers, people, location, etc.).

•   I want to apply a combo of fields (Keywords + Supplemental Categories, sometimes Category) to all selected images with a single shortcut.

In Capture One this is easy: I have shortcuts like Shift+D, Shift+L, etc. that apply predefined metadata sets to the current selection directly in the browser.

In Photo Mechanic I always have to open the Metadata (IPTC) Template / Stationery Pad, choose a template, then apply it – too slow for high‑volume work.

My question:

Is there any way to bind specific Metadata (IPTC) Templates or Snapshots to custom keyboard shortcuts so they can be applied to the current selection in Contact Sheet View in one step?

If not, please consider this as a feature request for high‑volume event/sports workflows.
