Export Text: Text and Image File names to match

I have posted this question also on Support too.
In PM 4.4.3.3 when I exported text the name of the images file was the same as the text file. Example: I would export text from Picture.jpg. When PM saved the exported text on my desktop the TXT file would be Picture.jpg.TXT.
On PM 4.5 when I export text from Picture.jpg the text file is named export_1.TXT
Anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

I'll have to fix it in an update.  Thanks for illustrating the problem.  I'll see if I can fix it for the 4.5.2 update.
