Keystrokes and workflow for a LR and C1 user

Greetings folks.  Im a relatively new PM user with extensive LR and C1 experience.  I'm looking for a culling workflow and and keystrokes comparable to x, p and u in LR or cmd+j and cmd+Bkspc in C1.   I may be a dingbat but have searched videos and cant locate one tht is definitive, clear and concise.  Thanks in advance.
