Sequence for watermarking and renaming

I am trying to put a watermark on the image using {sequence}, in the same file save as dialog I am attempting to rename the photos using the {sequence} variable as well.  the number are appearing one off.  Image 1 has 001 for watermark and 002 as jpg name.  I have tried reseting the sequence but it has not helped.

Sounds like a bug to me.  I'll look into it.
