Size of floated windows (Navigator, Favourites) not saved

I use PM on two screens. on the left I put the navigator and favs window.
But after restarting PM, the size of the windows is set to some default value, and not the same as I make it...

Long-standind issue.  I have never been able to solve it.  And I have tried many times...
