Public Beta Release Notes Suggestion

When posting a new public beta, would it be possible to note which listed features/fixes are in the new beta.  I find myself flipping between beta 3 and beta 4 release notes trying to see what is different so I can exercise that feature/fix.  It would be faster for me to spot changes if there was a blank line after the beta 3 material and anything new in the release notes for beta 4.
