On first install of PhotoMechanic 4.5.3 on Windows XP Professional SP2 32-bit to an external SDHC card, the contextual menu works as it should by right clicking on a folder and selecting "Open with PhotoMechanic..."

But, going against "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" I **unwisely** decided to uninstall PM 4.5.3 and reinstall it to move PM 4.5.3 to the faster C:\ drive.

Upon reinstalling PM 4.5.3, the contextual menu is gone.

Opps... my bad. Totally.

Please advise on what is the best way to bring back the contextual menu?

On reinstall, I did not need to enter name, company or password as required when you first install.

Thanks in advance.

Operating system: WinXP Professional SP2 32-bit
PhotoMechanic: 4.5.3

All I can recommend is to uninstall Photo Mechanic and then restart and then reinstall it again.  If that doesn't fix it, please call the support folks at 503-531-8430 and they may be able to get things going again for you.

It hasn't been officially released yet but you can get it here:

http://camerabits.fileburst.com/PM%20Context%20Menu.dmg

Let me know if you have any trouble with it or the instructions on how to install it.

Also wanted to report that it works just fine on my MacPro 2x2.66 Dual Core running OSX 10.4.11. Tested on folders on the internal drive, server and external drive.

Thanks again!  ;D
