Other variables in Set Info Text

Is it possible to include other variables in the Set Info Text?
Some settings that you can see in the exif (Canon) cannot be seen in PM.

Those are not in EXIF.  They're in Canon's proprietary Maker note data.  We would have to reverse engineer that data and Canon could change the format whenever they wished.
