Ctrl + not working for selecting check box in full preview mode

Ctrl + works just file in thumb nail mode to select images and used to work for me in full preview mode. It does not and has not worked for about a year in full preview mode now.

Any ideas why not?

Yes I have a registered and paid for version and I'm on XP SP2

Use the 'T' key.  +/- is now used to set the zoom level.
