File name copied into IPTC

Hi all!

My client wants, that the file name is copied into an empty field into the IPTC Describtion. I tried to use the variables like "Filename", or "file name base" to do this, but it didn't work. What is my mistake? Thanks for any help

Put the following into whatever IPTC Stationery Pad field you want to use:

{filename}

And remember to set the check box to checked (it should happen automatically in recent versions of Photo Mechanic.)  Un-check any fields you don't want to apply, then apply the IPTC Stationery Pad to your photos.

That should do it.
