Apply IPTC during Export

Am I missing something - I would like to apply IPTC data during export to html. I don't need the info on my PC but I would like it on the clients CD I'm going to burn.
Running 4.5.3.2 on Vista 64 quad core 4GB RAM

The only thing that you're missing is that the feature itself is missing.

I plan to address this in version 4.6.x.
