Modifier Key

Hi I am using PM 4.6 on a Windows with XP, SP2, when I go to use the Modifier Key to try and ftp,it will not start sending. I get the ftp window and have to click send. Has there been a change?

It was an omission in 4.6.0 and has been addressed in the 4.6.1 beta version.  You can read more about version 4.6.1 in the Announcements section of the forums.
