Organizing Structured Keyword list
« on: February 26, 2009, 07:06:55 AM »
I am using PM 4.5.4 on Mac with 10.5x. Is it possible to select a category of key words and move them into another set? For example, I have an older set named "Mill", in here I have the names of different mills from around Missouri. I would like to create a new set called"Structures" and place the "Mill" set within it. Is there a Drag and Drop function which alludes me? Or do I have to retype it in the new set?

Thanks, Mark

In version 4.6 you can Cut and Paste from the contextual menu that appears when you right-click (or ctrl-click with a single button mouse).  On version 4.5.4 the easiest way to do these kinds of things is to just edit the text file directly with a text editor.

Depending on when you purchased version 4.5 you may be able to upgrade to version 4.6 for free.
