Toolbar Icons version 4.6

I noticed that version 4.6 replaced icons on the toolbar. The first icon on the left is "About" icon. While it is important to have About reference in general I doubt the validity of having such an icon to be so prominent and would prefer to leave the original "Open" icon instead just the way it was in previous versions.

Is there a way to rearrange icons on the toolbar?

No.  And there was an About icon already there and it was even larger anyway.  I personally have *never* used the Open toolbar button since Ctrl-O does the same thing and both the Navigator and Favorites are even more convenient.
