IPTC Pad appending to Caption

With the newest beta, when I apply the IPTC Pad, it appends to whatever is already in the caption field. For example, if the IPTC caption field contains "ABC" and I apply a new caption of "DEF", the result is "ABCDEF".

Do you have the '+' checkbox set?  If you do, then it will append.  If you uncheck it, it will replace.
