Windows XP SP3.  PM 4.6.1 Beta 4 and Beta 5.
What has happened to the "Single Key shortcut for Color Class / 5-Star Rating" option under General Preferences in 4.6.1?

It should be on the new Accessibility tab of the Preferences dialog.
