Can PM arrangement be recognized by LR or Bridge?

I would not like to rename my files in this stage, so it would be important to my workflow be able to open the files in those applications on the same order I arranged in PM.

Is this possible?

No, this is not possible.  I know of no way to make it possible since I have no idea how those applications keep track of how files are arranged in a folder.  Our file format is very simple (it's just a text file with a list of the filenames in the order they appear.)
