Some IPTC info only saved in XMP

Wondering why IPTC fields marked with asterisk are saved only in XMP data format.  These fields are therefore blank, when image is opened in Lightroom.  Is there a way to get the Contact, etc. fields active for Lightroom?

Make sure you have PM set to use XMP for your photos.  It sounds like you have PM set to only use IPTC.  You can set your preferences in the IPTC/XMP tab of the Photo Mechanic Preferences dialog.
