PM can't open

after upgrade my PM to latest version I can't open it. I tried to install the old version,but I can't open it too

It would be helpful to know the following details:

What OS are you running?
What messages do you see when you try to open Photo Mechanic?

Open up the Console application (it is located in the Utilities folder inside the Applications folder).  It has a toolbar item "Logs".  Click on the Logs button.  A sidebar will appear.  Click on "console.log".  Scroll to the bottom of the log and look for any suspicious messages that may have the name "Photo Mechanic" in them.  Copy them and paste them into your response to this message.  That should tell me what is going on.

While this isn't what I had asked for, it is still very useful.  It looks like the application binary itself has somehow become damaged.  I would throw it away and download the installer again and reinstall.

Basically the crash report is telling me that the application itself cannot be loaded by the OS.  If Photo Mechanic cannot be loaded, then it cannot run properly.

Let's try this then: create another user account.  Log into the new account.  Try launching Photo Mechanic.  Does it launch fully then?

You are copying the Photo Mechanic application out of the disk image and into your Applications folder, right?
Then you double-click it from the Applications folder?

Hmm.  Well I think something about your system is fundamentally wrong.  Nothing about the initialization process has really changed much between 4.4.3 and 4.4.3.3 and from your crash logs, none of our code is even getting a chance to execute.

I think the next step would be to run Apple's Disk Utility and check out your disks, and run any other diagnostic utilities that you have.
