Error Message [... "connection reset bt peer]

I have recently begun using Photo Mechanic Version 4.6.3 on an Intel-based Mac running Snow Leopard (10.6.2) and have been plagued by upload errors during each session uploading to Photo Shelter; I get the error message  [error: /Applications/Photo Mechanic.app/Contents/ruby/script/http-mod.rb:609:in `connect': Connection reset by peer] several times per session. The smallest files I have uploaded were about 3 mb, the largest about 100 mb; it seems to happen on any sized file. I am new to Photo Mechanic and Photo Shelter. What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like PhotoShelter is overloaded in some way and is closing the socket connection that we were using to talk to them.  So you're not doing anything wrong.  I don't have a workaround for you at this time.
