Photo Mechanic has a feature called "Adjust Capture Dates and Times" that can be used to adjust the time of the photos shot so that the capture times of the two sets of images match up.  You can find this tool on the Tools menu.

If I haven't synced the camera clocks before a shoot, I photograph a clock or wristwatch, then use "Adjust Capture Dates and Times" twice, on photos from both cameras separately, so that they are both in sync with the clock.

Now that's a smart idea  :)

I do the same except I just calculate the difference between the two cameras and only adjust one set.
