Thanks for your ongoing interest with this little issue.
The Nvida: EIZO:Win 7drivers,Bios;are all up to date.
My PM settings for caching are :Disk cache=2000mb
"reserved at least"= 100mb
"Memory cache" =3oomb
The monitor has inbuilt LUT's and color is true and stable everytime
with ability to handle a slide per second.
At best to simulate the incident, I select @100 pics at 8mb ea ,set to auto, then on the 3rd or 4th selection of same 100, the color shift on the caption text starts to shift to a deep blue, irrespective of what frame /contact/general color is selected elsewhere.
Would the "text" area have it's own little memory allowance in the code?
I would be happy to run any background test history tools if you thought we could trap it that way.
I am also happy to have this issue just logged & recorded as 'not urgent' as I suspect you would have far more serious issues to deal with,
