Feature request:

To be able to create/edit/update user-defined "sets" of keywords that can be placed at a users fingertips in the Keyword Panel for quick keywording of images in a Contact Sheet. A user would be able:
- add keywords to these sets pulling from the master keywords list (copy from master keyword list to current set)
- add keywords to these sets manually (e.g. if not present in master keyword list)
- remove keywords from these sets
- save changes to the "set" for future use
- being able to make changes means the "set" can evolve over time rather than being static like a "snapshot"

--

A user can do some of this now using keyword snapshots in the Keyword Panel, but it is difficult to make changes to the snapshot.

One example implementation of such a feature is "Button Sets" in Aperture.

Thanks for consideration
Chris

I would love to see this implemented and even more to have the existing keyword panel visible and useable in the preview window.

The aperture stlye keyword button pad could be even better.

I also would love to have maybe an option to set other fields the similar way. For example I could quickly run through images from a football game and add player names to the Headline field to identify them. Or Location field when I only need to identify places on different images.

Maybe a dropdown could select which field to be edited and selecting it could change the options I can choose to the corresponding values of that given category.
Working on Mac, OSX, iOS and with some Canons.
Allways shooting RAW.
