Hi. This is in the category of minor annoyance
I use PM with the Navigator and Favorites windows undocked and placed on my second monitor. Every time I start up PM, they are where I left them but at some small default size of about 7 lines in height. The feature request is for PM to remember their size as well as their placement on exit. Thanks, Peter
