V4.6.7 beta 4 installation error Win

I am trying to install beta 4 of V4.6.7 on my WinXP laptop. I am getting an error that the file PMSetup4.6.7b0330.exe is not a valid Win32 application. This did not happen with the othe betas. What's causing this and how do I fix before beta3 expires tonight?

I just downloaded and installed it again and it works fine for me.  Try downloading it again.

Kirk - On 2 machines I got the same install error - PM is running  It was not on either  (both after a reboot). I opened task Mgr and closed PM - it then installed no problem.
