change shortcut key combinations?

I use star ratings far more frequently than I use color ratings. It would be far more convenient not to have to hold down [control] to add a star rating to a photo. Can I chance the shortcut settings in my copy of PM so that the number alone triggers the star rating and [control] number triggers the color rating?

    PM version 4.6.7
    Mac OS X version 10.6.5

Yes, see the 'Accessibility' tab in the Photo Mechanic Preferences dialog.
