Export to HTML hangs on ver.4.6.7

Running ver. 4.6.7 on Windows 7.  Can't export selected images to HTML template. I enter data in Exporter window, hit Export, create a folder, hit OK...but nothing happens.

Actually, it hangs on all templates

Have you tried uninstalling PM and reinstalling it?
Are any other features that cause a file/folder chooser dialog to appear, hanging on you?
