Can different Pads be saved so they can be applied as reqd?
Yes. Use the snapshot button (lightning bolt) to quickly save/load settings in almost every dialog in PM. Use the Load/Save buttons as well, but they're not as fast as the snapshot but they do allow you to share files easily with people you work with.
