I love this option that Downloader Pro has from Breeze Systems. I still use Capture NX2 and the Batch Processor mode is folder driven so I make subfolders for NEF source files, then various output sub-folders for JPG, WEB, PRINT, maybe even a DNG folder. Setting them up automatically and ready to go saves a lot of time.
