How do I stop PM from modifying files on ingest?

MD5 sum of file on card: 3d84d2e4d2cf815a73a6c1feebc617bd
MD5 sum of file after ingest by PM: 26b6249d5c3659a819cb61528c113a25

How do I get PM to simply ingest my files without doing anything to them?

What kind of files are they?  RAW?  JPEG?  Are you adding IPTC data during Ingest?

Hi Kirk,

These are RAW Files, from a Canon 5D2. The files are renamed on ingest, but no IPTC data is being added. Did I miss a setting somewhere?

Can you post a screen shot of your Files and IPTC/XMP tabs of your Photo Mechanic Preferences dialog?
