Creating a web gallery from jpeg in "raw + jpeg" mode

HI,

I'm trying to created web gallery from jpeg. The problem is that I'm working in raw + jpeg mode and that photo mechanic selects the raw to generate the web gallery.
Anyone knows how to select the jpeg?

for the weirdest reason, i found how to do it.

when i was in the html export dialog box, i clicked on the save settings snapshot button at the bottom left.
Then i clicked on save and then clicked on ok.

At that magical moment, it automatically selects the Jpeg over the Raw.... really weird...
This was luck.

For Photo Mechanic Developers : It would be nice to have a selection box for that option in the "html export" dialog box.

All you have to do is change the "Source for RAW+JPEG:" popup menu to read "Use the JPEG".  That will do it.

And if you want to save a snapshot with that setting, just create or overwrite one.

i realised that this option is available in Mac but not on PC in the last version (4.4.3.3)

You are correct.  The Windows version does not have RAW rendering support.  Mac OS X 10.4.x provides a system-level RAW rendering engine (the same one Aperture uses) so we use it too.

Is there some reason you can't change the popup menu that controls the use of JPEG vs. RAW?  It's right there in the Rendering tab of the interface...

It works for me.  What version of Photo Mechanic are you using?

The Windows version will *always* use the JPEG of a RAW+JPEG pair.  If there is no JPEG and just the RAW file, then the embedded JPEG preview will be used.  The Windows version does not and cannot render RAW files at this time.
