PM not displaying contents of folders

I'm shooting with a mix of the 5d3 and 5d2.  Most times PM works fine, no issues.  On some jobs/folders, it refuses to display the contents.  When I double-click to open it, it creates a window, I see the progress meter while sorting, then... nothing.  The folder appears empty on the contact sheet.

Strange thing is, on some jobs it works fine.  Same mix of cameras, different behavior from PM.

I noticed the notes on 4.6.9 include improved support for the 5d3.  I tried downloading beta 2 and beta 3, but both appear to be expired and refuse to install.  I'm trying to get some work done on the road this weekend with my laptop, but the job I'm working on refuses to open.  Help?

Do you have any star rating or color class filters preset?  Look at the bottom right corner of the window and make sure you have nothing filtered out.

Hi Kirk.  Thanks for your quick response.  It seems the error was between the seat and the keyboard.
