new computer OS 10.7.4- problems with Mechanic 4.6.4

Just bought a new computer. Photoshop works fine, but when I try to open a photo from Photo Mechanic I get this message "Could not complete your request because Photoshop does not recognize this type of file"

I'm also having other issues with PM, such as every time I close it, when I re-open, it gives me a crash report. Is 4.6.4 not compatible with Mac 10.7.4 or is there another issue here?

Version 4.6.4 is not compatible with Mac OS X 10.7.

Please update to version 4.6.9 of Photo Mechanic.
