I experienced problems with PM after changing the hard drive on my laptop. A PM user for over 6 years its hard to manage when the software goes down.
The wonderful Kirk contacted me personally via email, responding to a crash report ( I never believed anyone ever read those- I stand corrected), set up a time to phone me and talked me through my problem, resolving it admirably.

Hi, Louise,
I myself never had a major problem with PM in over three years, but from what I read in the forum I know I will also have that kind of support.
That's why I think PM has one of the best support staffs in the market.
