Edit from preview takes you to the Slide Sorter

I'm a happy user of Photo Mechanic (now a registered user on Version 5)  but have one pet peeve. I like to review my photos in the previewer with the large image and an ability to zoom in, etc. I also like to tweak some of the photos (far more than I should have to, but that is my problem...) by hitting ctrl-e. I then edit the photo in Capture NX2. When I finish, I click on the Photomechanic Icon go look at the next photo. My peeve is that the previewer is gone and I'm back to the slide sorter.

I'd really like to be able to go right back to the previewer to move on to the next photo. Is there any way to do this or can I request a new feature??

In the Preview section of the Preferences dialog, uncheck the checkbox that says "Close Preview window when editing a photo externally"

Now the Preview window should stay open when you edit and return.
