CLOSED: Stationery pad item not editable

I rearanged the items on the IPTC Stationery Pad and the Description Writers field (and everything in that row in the left side) seems unclickable.
The checkboxes and the dropdown button turned darker and none of the buttons or the text field can be clicked on. The same field and all others works as expected in the IPTC info panel (that is rearranged to the same order as the stationery - except no two sides of course).

Sorry, my mistake. I just checked the Prefferences....it was disabled.
