File NUmber "List View"

I Have asked for this feature many times over the years - we are constantly needing to make file selections based just on the file number.  to be able to see just a list of file numbers, and still be able to tag them as we now do - would save a lot of time.  An excel spreadsheet type layout, essentially.

Are you given a list of files that need to be selected?  If so then put them into a text file in the same format the "Load/Save Selection" command uses (basically one filename per line) and load it with the Load Selection button.  Your photos will now be selected and you don't even have to hunt for them in a list view.
