What does your RAW+JPEG handling popup menu in the Copy/Move dialog say?  Or are you copying by some other method?

I am dragging and dropping using the PM Navigator Bar.
The RAWs and JPEGS are on the same drive but in different folders opened in the same contact sheet.
Copy dialog does not appear when using drag and drop but is set to process both RAW and JPEG.

Currently what you're describing isn't supported via drag and drop.  I'm working on adding the capability for the next build.
