Printing problem Windows

I'm running PM 4.6.8 on a Dell Laptop with Windows 7 Pro.
Currently, Windows 7 launches Microsoft OneNote every time I attempt to print a proof or contact sheet and will not allow me to print to any network printer.
I have tried to disable OneNote without any luck.
Our IT department can't figure this out.
Have you had any issues like this in the past?
Any suggestions or fixes?

Set your default printer in the printer Control Panel.
Back in PM, choose "Page Setup..." from the File menu while holding down the Shift key.  OK the dialog.  PM should now remember your chosen printer.  If you ever need PM to print to a different printer, follow the same procedure.
