v5 Manual

As far as I can tell there is no manual for v5.  The last reference I can find is something that talks about doing a Wiki for v5.  The problem with wiki's is that they don't usually work offline; though it is possible to buy an offline version of Wikipedia for iOS.

Any update on the v5 documentation plan?

To my knowledge they are still working on it. They hired a technical writer, so it should be there soonish.
