Can't remove a Source Path in the Ingest Folders dialog

I think I have a corrupted source path in the Ingest Folders dialog and PM won't allow me to Remove it. (Is there any way to see the whole path in the dialog box? It's too long for the field.) I highlight the path and hit the Remove button but nothing happens.

Do I need to trash a preferences file to fix this? If so, which one?

Are no other settings changes sticking?
What happens if you add additional folders, can you Remove them?

Other changes seem to apply just fine. I can add new folders and delete them just fine. However, I just changed back from Ingest Disks to Ingest FOlders and PM has locked up with the spinning rainbow wheel.
