Android Tablets and Ipads

Hi I am considering replacing my laptop with an Android tablet or an ipad
and I currently use photo mechanic on my PC and laptop and my question is will I be able install and use photo mechanic on either tablet?

No.  Only Mac OS X 10.6.8 and higher or Windows Vista and higher are supported.
