Hi
I am using {suppcat1} {suppcat2} within my captions to enter my subject's first and last names. But a carriage return is getting inserted. How do I stop that from happening? I have attached a screenshot showing the issue.

Are you using the IPTC Stationery Pad to bulk apply your subject's first and last names?  Please post a screen shot of your IPTC Stationery Pad.

Andy,

Thanks for your help Kirk. I have attached a screenshot of my stationary pad.

Either Supp Cat 1 has a carriage return at the end of it, or Supp Cat 2 has a carriage return at the start of it.  Check the two fields and remove the carriage return from them.

Then apply your IPTC Stationery Pad again.
